Matt DeAngelis, Partner
Matt DeAngelis is a serial entrepreneur who, as he says, has been able to accomplish everything he has always wanted to do. Some highlights: working on Wall Street, being part of an IPO, and founding many successful companies.
Matt is the former Chief Technology Officer of Modem Media, a pioneer in the Internet ad space. As a foot soldier in the Internet revolution, Matt devised the technology behind ad campaigns and online presence for a good portion of the Fortune 100, including AT&T, GE, John Hancock, Delta Airlines, Compaq, GM and many more.
Matt also devised CentrPort, a one-to-one data aggregation and analysis platform, which attracted $22 million in venture capital.

Kerry Clair, Partner
Kerry founded Arrow Web Design and Hosting, Inc. in January 1999. A skilled systems troubleshooter and programmer, Kerry has more than 20 years of experience in Internet/online services management, Web development, production and marketing communications.
Kerry started online with managing early Compuserve forums, GEnie networks, Delphi, MSN and now manages a host of independent online forums and information sites.
Kerry is interested in animals, the outdoors, hiking, kayaking, climbing and riding. She has four horses and a pack of dogs that often accompany her in these travels.

Sherry Krafve Svec, Graphics Designer
Arrow's graphic designer is an award-winning artist and photographer who is responsible for the design, illustration, and look of most our clients' sites. She plans the information architecture of the site as well.
Sherry is also the voice behind our customer service desk, and the one you often speak to when planning your new website.
When not at her computer she can be found camping, hiking with her dog, or tending to her cats.
Sherry also has two children and two grandchildren that keep her busy.

Don Bruce, Coder, Photographer, Editor, Troubleshooter
With more than 30 years of journalism experience, Don combines proficiency at HTML with editing skills to create Web sites that present a professional image.
He has been involved in online communities since 1988 and Web site production since 1995.
Don is also an award-winning photographer.
Don manages the Help Desk and Ticket Center,for Arrow and Best Commerce and he handles the majority of maintenance and upgrades for our clients.
